Shipping policy

Shipping rates are calculated based on the items size, weight, and traveling distance. If you feel there is an error with the amount being charged, please feel free to contact me with your concerns so that I can check into the issue.

Most packages will be shipped either USPS Priority/Ground or UPS. Once the shipping label is printed, you will receive the tracking information via email. If there is a decrease in shipping cost once the label is printed, the difference will be refunded. Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery. 

Items usually ship within 1-3 business days. However, I do struggle with autoimmune flareup which may cause a delay. If you are concerned about your order, please feel free to contact me.
